By downloading or playing NUMA BLAST ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use NUMA BLAST for your own entertainment. You may not copy, sell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or its content.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You may play as a guest without an account, with limited progression.

3. Virtual items & purchases

The app contains virtual currency (gold, gems) and items that have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
NUMA BLAST is free to play. It offers optional one-time, non-subscription in-app purchases: Value Pack ($1.99) — 2,500 coins, 15 gems and ad removal; and Founder Pack ($4.99) — 6,000 coins, 45 gems, ad removal and an exclusive Founder title. There are no auto-renewing subscriptions and no recurring charges.
Virtual items are licensed to you for use inside the app only; they are not your property and are not transferable between accounts.
Any purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by law.
We may modify, balance, or discontinue virtual items at any time.

4. Fair play

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, manipulate leaderboards, or disrupt other players' experience. We may reset scores or restrict accounts that violate this.

5. Content & availability

We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may revise these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
